Dearest Ryan,
You could light up any room with your beautiful smile and make anyone feel great with just a few words.
I am so glad to have had the pleasure of knowing such a kind and loving young man. I so enjoyed our long talks on the phone while you were away. You were constantly worried about your Mom and made me promise to keep an eye on her and make sure she was safe. This I still promise, Ryan. I can't believe you're gone, but know you are in the very best company up there in Heaven with Wede & Randy. Please tell them I love them and miss them with all my heart, and we will all be together again someday. May God Bless you Ryan,
Love, Eva

My darling Ryan,
You were so very precious, the light of my life. You are the best son a mother could ever wish for. I'm so glad we talked about prayer and God the night before you passed away from me. You replied to me how you prayed every day of your life. You then recited the prayer you said. I love you with all my heart and always will, I feel a large piece of my heart is missing. When we lost your father, I know you missed him greatly, so did I. I've lost the two greatest loves of my life and know we will meet again one day at the Gates of Heaven. I am so thankful your father and I taught you how to love, respect, give willingly, be honest, and truthful. Your smile was a guiding light in darkness, you touched many lives in the best way. I am proud that you turned out to be a giver to all, never expecting anything in return from anyone. Never taking anything for granted. The bond between mother and son will never be broken by anyone, no matter what. We talked about everything and I will miss those talks and the sweet letters you would write to me.
Thank you for your protection, support and love during difficult times in our lives. I know only with the help of the Lord above and prayers I will make it through this.
I would like to thank everyone, especially my Macys' cosmetic "Cover Girls" and all my friends in the store.
Thank you also to my Fox Hill and Buckroe friends and family.
I love you my son, forever....
Mommy

First and foremost, I have to say that Ryan had a specific vibe about him. He would make you feel at home when you felt lost, and he would comfort you if you were down. It has been about a year since I last saw Ryan and Megan, but I'll never forget it. I'm so sorry for the loss of such a great person who tried so hard to make sure everyone felt loved and taken care of. Rest in peace. My heart goes out to Megan and Ryan's family.

Dear Cindy,

I can't imagine how painful this must be for you, I am deeply sorry for your rough few years you have had. Ryan was so sweet. Although I have not spoken to him in years I do remember how adorable he was when he was little and how the neighborhood kids and I would play with him. I am here if you need anything Im just across the street don't ever think your bothering anyone my grandfather and i do not mind cutting the grass or anything else you may need, just knock on the door or send someone over.

Ryan-
You were all ways a true friend to me and of which as I felt I was to you. I'm happy to see that you got to accomplish a life long dream of working on the water. Either current or ex-Watermen as yourself and I, all have a deep connection- it's almost like a family bond. From day one when we met each other at Asbury I knew that you would be a life long friend- tride and true- (with your cowboy boots and your slicked back "dapper dan" hair :) ). You really were one of a kind. It's funny in life how no matter even if it seemed that we grew apart from each other that we always seemed to run back into each other- so much that it seemed that someone greater then us was orchestrating us to meet again. I believe that this someone also has a plan for all of us and no matter how it seems- he is always helping us for the better... one day as I know we will again cross paths again; we'll catch up on lost times again and talk "fishin"...

My deepest sympathy goes out to your fiance' and family for of which I know your passing has brought them great sorrow.

I've know Ryan since we were kids i remember him running around the play ground in elementary school and he always took up for me when I got picked on. He would always get more pretzels than anyone for getting more math problems right in class. We had a garden in elementary school and I can see him now digging in the dirt. He was in my high school history class we use to write notes back and forth and get in trouble for doing it. I'll see you in heaven Ryan I Love You My thoughts and prays are with his family and friends
