I was fortunate to be Simone's neighbor for several years and I will always remember her kindness, generosity and wonderful cuisine.
Many fond memories of days spent gardening with Simone and Janine (both of whom would want to continue long after I was worn out). A lovely person who is deeply missed.

Simone was a dear friend to both my Mother and Father... Mike and Dany Girard. She was a wonderful cook and I can remeber all the times it was my Mother's, Simone 'sand Monique's turn too prepare the meal for the monthly French Club meeting. The turn out was way higher then a normal monthly meeting because everybody knew there was going too be some great cuisine on display. I know because there were no leftovers. God Bless you Simone and our prayers are with you and Roman and family.Sincerely, Patrick & Remy
