Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this time of loss. Sue held a special place in my heart because I knew that Jenny was always in very loving and safe hands at work. Sue was able to keep a "mother's eye" on Jenny without her feeling like it. There were many times Sue and I would talk when one of us would be worried about something and would be keeping a special eye out. We felt the special bond between Sue and Bob after meeting them at our house and looked foward to spending time with both of them. Thank you for allowing Sue in our lives, she was so very gentle, fun and caring. She will be missed by all.

I was deeply saddened when I learned that Sue had passed away. I have fond memories of all the years that we were neighbors on Ethan Lane. Please know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers. Sue was a wonderful person, a dedicated wife to Bob and an AWESOME mother to her five beautiful children. May God be with you in your time of need.

Neighbors for so many years on Ethan Lane, Sue was a big part of my childhood. I remember her with Bob, always showing affection for each other- a couple who you could tell were really "in love"..something you don't see often. I remember her as a mother who absolutely ADORED Kim, Stacy, Tracy, Sheri and Bobby. Adored beyond words. I remember her talents, creating these unbelievable Halloween costumes, at the bus stop with her coffee, playing fun jokes on us kids, making ordinary get togethers so much fun (the first time I think any of us kids watched a movie on a VCR was at the Thomases, "9-5" for Tracy's birthday) painting her nails at the kitchen table, picking out beautiful clothes for the girls...surprising Sheri at Christmas with the entire Strawberry Shortcake collection and with the impossible to obtain Cabbage Patch kids when it was the toy every kid wanted. Playing with the dogs- she loved them so much! She was amazing! There are many many more memories in my heart of Sue. One time that truly stands out in my mind is when she took us to the mall in her jaguar, sunroof open...windows down and singing "Magic" by Pilot. That is how I will remember her, smiling, laughing and loving her family, friends, neighbors and life. Kind, giving, helpful. Beautiful. I will NEVER forget her. I am deeply sorry for your tremendous loss. You are a beautiful family, stay close to each other as you always have. You are in my prayers.
Love, Diane Trotter
