Virginia WALKER Obituary
Her husband, Gilbert Walker; daughter, Lori Lynn Walker; and two sons, Carl Davis Walker and Dale Oliver Walker; brother, Joseph Powell Oliver; and sister, Evelyn Oliver Tillage preceded her in death.
She is survived by daughter, JoAnne Walker Atkinson and husband, David of Richmond, Va.; son, Roy Gilbert Walker and wife, Terry of Mascotte, Fla.; two brothers, Ralph Oliver and wife, Vivian, Walter Oliver and wife, Helena, all of Hayes, Va.; and sister-in-law, Irma Swinson Oliver.
Graveside funeral service, officiated by the Rev. Bob Robbins, will be held at 11a.m. Thursday, Dec. 3, 2009, at Beech Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, 4073 Cedar Bush Road, Hayes. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 2, 2009, at Hogg Funeral Home, Gloucester Point.

JoAnne and Roy, My love to you and your families in the loss of your Mother. Marjorie was a beautiful lady and gave much love to those who knew her. My deepest sympathy to all of Marjorie's loveones. I met Marjorie many years ago and she was such a wonderful person. We go way back to the Moose days. She was a kind and thoughtful person.
