Walter and I worked together at the Comfort Suites. Working with him was one if not the best parts of the job. He was always willing to visit me during long boring shifts just to keep me company(and awake). He even bought me lunch and/or dinner during my broke times! He gave me valuable advise on career choices, car repairs, finances, and furthering my education. He was caring and one of the funniest people I have ever known. I am truly upset over the loss of such a WONDERFUL person. He was one of a kind. My condolences to the family.

Walter (Skeets) was my buddy and very close friend from 1957 until death. We did so much together as kids and adults, "My friend my brother I'm going to miss you". Last night 9/24/09 I went into a bar and told some people about our friendship and adventures, We had a toast " To Skeets" everybody said. Man why did you have to leave so soon,You will always be in my thoughts and prayers. Love You my brother
