Wesley PRICE Obituary
He was born April 16, 1956 in Seattle, Wash., and graduated from Seattle University with an Economics degree in 1982. Most of his working life was spent in the energy field with nuclear energy hazardous waste clean-up. He maintained a keen interest in the alternative energy source industry. Wes loved traveling, music, our country, history and politics. His kind heart, good nature and insight touched many lives. He loved his family and in 2002 moved back to Newport News to care for his parents and work with his brother, Gordon, at Pro-Music and Sound.
Wes is survived by his parents, Jack and Liz,; his brother, Mark; nephew, Henry; his brother, Gordon; and his sister, Kelley; brother-in-law, Paul Wesley; along with many beloved extended family and friends.
We will gather for a Memorial Service at 7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 3, at Emmanuel Lutheran Church, 23 Semple Farm Road, Hampton, VA. An informal gathering in Wes' honor will be held afterwards at the County Grill at 1215 Rt. 17, in Yorktown.
In lieu of flowers, donations will be accepted in Wes' name to the American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 11454, Alexandria, VA 22312.

Wes was a great friend and always had a good word for everyone he met. I really enjoyed working with him at Pro Music & Sound and will always remember him as a person who, because of his intellect and love for his family, was honorable, trustworthy and kind. I am extending my sincere condolences to the Price family who have always treated me as family and friend. I love you....

Wes, I will truly miss you. I will always remember the laughs we had together at Pro Music & Sound. I will remember all the fun we had when we would be at one of the many benefit concerts we attended & the different clubs we went to to see our favorite bands perform. Rest now my friend, & keep all of our musician friends that passed before you in line. :) We love you...
