I sadly miss Bill. He was a nice man, who loved sharing his opinion on people, our church and especially Football and Basketball (mostly Big Ten or AFC North or Youngstown State, all up his alley based on his Ohio blue collar, rust belt roots). Talking to him and learning from him really brought you back to classic old fashioned America. I am blessed to know him and I miss sitting next to him at Deacon meetings.

My father and Bill were the best of friends growing up and beyond. Growing up, I heard some of the greatest stories from my Dad about his times with Bill and all the Eagles. I wish to express my deepest sympathy to the Williams family.
Sincerely,
Mary & Patrick Fey, Dan McCormick's daughter & Son-in-Law.

I worked with Bill at VQI and we became good friends. Bill loved sports and he even gave himself a nick-name. "BGB" (Big Game Bill). We both loved March Madness, and always bet on who would be the NCAA Champs. I will think of BGB every March and it just won't be the same without him.

Dear Dory, Susan , Brian and Family, Our deepest sympathy to you. Bill has been my friend since seventh grade. He has been our connection to our classmates, no matter where they lived. He kept us in touch with each other. He did so much for our son Jimmy during his illness and at the time of his death. He put the word out and we received over forty cards from classmates. We all miss him and will continue to miss him forever.May his soul and the soul of the faithfull departed rest in peace. Amen Sincerely, Dave, Peggy Jones and Family

Doris - Liz and I send our sincere condolences. My Mother, Barbara, loved her "cousin Bill" and I have enjoyed the email contact I have had with him over the past few years. You were blessed with many fine years of togetherness with Bill. He was one of Warren's finest alumni and will be sorely missed by many. He was always proud of his Warren heritage, as am I, and he was a great ambassador for the qualities and character instilled in him there. Please know that our thoughts are with you and your family.

Kindest thoughts, David Zoba

I reconnected with Bill on a visit to Hampton Baptist Church and he followed up by sending me his sunset photos by e-mail. He also sent other messages, notably about football games (about which I know nothing!) Anyway, I am sorry to hear that he has left us . . . a good and noble spirit who touched, gently and kindly, many lives.

Doris, Brian and Susan--I am saddened by your loss and send deepest sympathy. Our church and social contacts there in Hampton and our two families' travel to Europe are wonderful memories. I look forward to visiting with you personally when I am in the area. I will share this with Steven as he fondly remembers you all.

I met Bill in first grade at Dickey Ave. School. He was a great guy. He kept our high school class together and I don't think anyone can take his place. He was like "Mr. Keene, Tracer of Lost Persons." Please accept my sympathy and condolences, Alan Smith
