Willie MORRISON Obituary
He graduated from George Washington Carver High School and C.H. Mason Bible College and was ordained Bishop in 2001.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Dr. Lorraine M. Morrison and Willie F. Morrison Sr.; his daughter, Ramona Morrison Cole; and a brother, Bobby Morrison.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 50 years, Shirley Tucker Morrison of Hampton; three daughters, Shelia Cook, Terri (Ira Beverly) and Lynn Waters; two sons, Willie F. Morrison III and Tony Ashe, all of Hampton, Va.; one sister, Lois Green (Robert) of Hampton; two brothers, William Morrison of Maryland and Ronald Morrison of Suffolk; and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A viewing will be held today, Nov. 12, from 1 to 6 p.m. at Nickelson-Cummings Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held at St. Luke's Deliverance Church, 2107 Wickham Avenue, Newport News, VA 23607 on Saturday, Nov. 13, at 1:30 p.m. Family and friends will assemble at 12:45 p.m. at 389 Wakefield Avenue, Hampton, Va. Interment will follow at Hampton Memorial Gardens.

To The Morrison Family. I remember all the times we use to have up North Newport News and I was sadden to hear of your lost. I celebrated my mom 2months ago and as time goes on we understand why God did what he did. Take care and i will always keep you in prayer.

To the Morrison Family - May God be with you in your loss. Bishop Morrison was a great minister, teacher, and friend. He loved the Lord with all his heart. He was a servant of the Lord, and a humble man. My prayers and thoughts are with you and your family.

Bishop Morrison, was a true man of God. I first started preaching it was Bishop Morrison who open the Doors of ST. Luke so I could minister God's word. Thank you Bishop. I was shocked when I saw that Elder Morrison had passed. He was truly a man after God's own heart. He was very softspoken and really loved to preach the Word. I will miss him very much. Let the peace of God comfort you in your loss. I will keep you all in my prayers. Love you all.
