HAMPTON - Willis Franklin Folsom, Jr., age 74, passed away on Friday, February 8, 2013. He was a native and lifelong resident of Hampton. In 1986, as a Mechanical Technician, he retired from Teledyne Hasting - Radist and in 2009 he retired from Jefferson Lab. He was a lifetime member of the Hampton Volunteer Fire Department. A funeral service, with Fire Department Honors, will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, February 16, 2013, in the Mausoleum Chapel of Parklawn Memorial Park. Interment will follow the service. Casual attire is requested. Friends are encouraged to visit www.parklawn-woodfh.com to share memories and words of condolence with the family.
