To my dear grandpa-in-law. It's me Tee. I first knew you through Jean and the wonderful stories she told me about you, so I knew you had to be a nice and well loved person. When I finally got to meet you, even though it was for a short time, I was honored. You were everything I imagined you to be and more. I will remember you and my experiences with you and will tell my child about your legend.

You and your stories and funny songs will never be forgotten. You'll be in my heart forever. Love you so much.

My thoughts and prayers are with Mr. Moats' family and friends at this time. I used to work with Wilmer years ago at Food Lion and have thought of him throughout the years. He was always kind, funny, and just an all-around nice guy. He always reminded me of my grandfather. I hope you can find comfort in the memories you have and ones that others will share with you. May God bless you all.
