Warren O. Jack Obituary
HAMPTON - Warren O. Jack, 26, passed away March 24, 2014. He was born May 7, 1987 in Scarborough, Trinidad and Tobago. Warren was a member of the TKE fraternity at NYU, where he studied Mechanical Engineering. After his first year at NYU he discovered the Nuclear Propulsion program in the U.S. Navy. He enlisted as a Nuclear Machinist Mate and began serving his country. Warren was stationed on the USS Scranton SSN756. During his 7 year Navy career he received 2 Good Conduct Medals, 2 Navy/MC Achievement Medals, GWOT Service Medal and a National Defense Medal. Warren was deployed twice and was getting ready to go on his third deployment. Warren is survived by his wife Varshay; children Warren, Gregory, Ayanna, and R'naya; father Wayne (Eulyn); mother Merlyn; and siblings Lorenzo (Joyce), Jumel (Denyse), Wayne (Salina), and Sade. A service will be held Friday, April 4, 2014 at 10am at Altmeyer Funeral Home, 5792 Greenwich Rd. Virginia Beach, VA. Condolences may be offered to the family online at www.altmeyer.com.
