NEWPORT NEWS - Danielle Monique Knarr was born to William Knarr and Carol Mitchell in Williamsburg, Va., on Aug. 6, 1984.
She was a part of The Marching Elites and was asked to march in a function at Disney World when she was 14 years old. In high school, she participated in track and field and got her first taste of graphic design and visual arts. She was a woman who had a passion for photography, graphic design and import tuner cars. Danielle pursued her passion in school while being a single mother of two lovable children. Danielle graduated Thomas Nelson Community College in 2009 with her Associates of Applied Science in Photography and Visual Communication. She was to later go on to Old Dominion University to further pursue her career in Photography. Her dream was to be a digital animation specialist. She leaves behind her loving children Gianni and Giuseppe Knarr, step father Ripton Mitchell, brother Carey Harper and other family and friends who remember her fun-loving and caring personality.
Funeral Services will be noon Saturday, Feb. 13, 2010, at the Carter Funeral Home Denbigh Chapel. The family will receive friends at the Funeral Chapel on Friday from 7 to 8 p.m. Burial will follow services at Peninsula Memorial Park.
