To the Weeks family: I have just learned of the passing of J. C. and it fills me with great sorrow. I offer my sympathy to his family. He was a good friend and mentor to me during my military career. His guidance and friendship will be with me always.

To the Weeks family, all my sympathy and prayers go out to you all. JC was the best friend I ever had in my 20 year military career. He had my back more times than I could count during our 8+ years of service together. We had kind of lost touch in the last few years and I would give anything to change that now. He was the best and most loyal friend anyone could ever ask for. I will miss him greatly. Rest in peace my friend.

JC was a true counselor and friend to everyone who knew him. His easy going personality and quiet professionalism was an example for everyone around him. He was the first person I met at FCD and my impression of him helped make up my mind to take the job. A rare individual the world will miss.
