I went to Burnley Moran where Mrs. Davis was my teachers assistant. I loved her! She was always so kind and fun! Even when I would see her around town in my 20s she always remembered me and talked to me. I am so sorry for your loss. She will be missed.

Frances will be greatly missed. She had a smile that brighten up a room and would last all day. Her friendly manner made us at ease and welcome going to a new church(Park Street Christian). Frances will not be forgotten. GOD Bless the family. Our Prayers are with you.

Earl, Charles and I are holding you in our prayers. Frances was always so ready to help when we had cards to send to shut-ins or students at college. The Womens'Circles of Park Street Christian Church will miss her bright smile and eagerness to help in any way she could. I will miss her as a friend who was easy to talk to and always ready to return a hug.

Earl and family, may the Lord's peace and comfort be with each of you. Frances added greatly to our lives as a neighbor and a friend at PSCC. She had a genuine love for life and people and we always felt blessed when we were in her presence.

Thoughts and prayers going out to the family. Mrs. Davis taught me at Burnley-Moran in the 70's and I have always fondly remembered her. I ran into her a few years back and like it was back when she was my teacher she remembered my name and my parents and asked about how they were doing.... now that is a teacher that really cared for her students.....

Mrs. Davis was the assistant in my first graade classroom at Burnley-Moran (1976-77). It was not an easy year for me, as our family had just moved to Charlottesville from Ohio. I did not make the transition easily.
I remember Mrs. Davis comforting me on the days that I cried. She often met me at the front door of the school and walked me to the classroom. Her presence was soothing.
I know she will be missed by all who love her. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
