The Lindsay family is in my thoughts and prayers. Cris was a true gentleman and I enjoyed knowing him during the time I shot skeet. I am so very sorry that he has left us way too soon.

Dear Christiane,

Kerry and I are deeply saddened by Cris' untimely passing. His unbelievable personality and positive spirit during his courageous battle were beyond commendable. Although we had only known him for a few years, we both think of him as a life long friend. I don't know many other people who are as kind hearted, smart, and funny as Cris was. His jokes were always hilarious and we both will truly miss him. My parents loved him like a brother as they do you a sister and it's great to know you are so close to each other. Words can't fully express our condolences but hopefully will help bring you some comfort during these difficult times. We look forward to seeing you this Christmas when we're in VA and we know Cris will be watching over all of us every day. Take care of yourself and we'll see you soon. Love, Chris and Kerry

To Our Darling Christiane,
Cris's passing has only enhanced our wonderful and loving friendship for each other, and has brought us closer to his entire family. "Our boy" was such a blessing to our lives and there are no words to express how much he wil be missed. We celebrate his life with you and his family, and hope you find solice and comfort in knowing that he is finally "storming the castle" and is now watching over us as we did for him. With much love, we remain your true friends always,

My thoughts and prayers are with the Lindsay family. My first job at age 17 was working "with" Cris! He made it known that you always work better "with" someone than "for" someone - and although I was "green" and basically had no skills he took the time to educate and train me. What a true Country Gentleman! Although he lost the battle he won peace... I will miss his wit, smiles and that darn "red pen" marking my errors! Cris, I THANK YOU for ALL!

Cris helped me in so many ways. When my wife passed away it was Cris shoulder that I first cried on. He was a true asset to his community and there will be a great void with his passing.

My deepest sympathies to all his loved ones.. He was a wonderful person! It was a treasure to know and work WITH him. He always made it a point to say that i worked "WITH" him not "FOR" him.

I would like to express my deep sadness on the passing of Cris. My thoughts and prayers go out to Rita his mom, Randy his brother, Christianne his wife and Harry his son. Cris was my former brother-in-law for 19 years, and I truly loved and respected him. He was one of the most intelligent and funny men I have ever known. I will never forget my first time meeting him, I was so nervous and intimadated! As I got to know him over the years I found that he was not intimadating at all! He was kind and gracious and I will miss him.
