Denville lost a valued and loved citizen Friday, October 25, 2013. Hennyanne Klemm Pearsall, born in Eutingen, Germany September 29, 1919 emigrated to the US in 1926. Hennyanne and her husband Donald, a professional musician and their daughter Alice moved to Denville from Maplewood in 1943. The family grew with the addition of Barry and Craig to complete the family.

Hennyanne, owned and operated a day care center in her home for 30 years. She was an active member of the Dover Art Association. During retirement Hennyanne volunteered at "The Barn" a second-hand bazaar affiliated with St. Clare's Hospital for almost 20 years. Recently she had the honor of serving as one of several marshals of the Denville Centennial Parade.

Hennyanne is preceded in death by her husband Don who passed in 1998 and her son Barry who passed in 1996. She is survived by her daughter Alice Thomson, (Don) Rockaway NJ, son Craig (Cindy) Kennewick WA, grandsons Cris Thomson (Megan), and Kirk (Theresa) of Andover NJ, and granddaughters Ashley Case, Richland WA, Allison Durst (Chuck) Windermere FL, and great grandsons Zac, Tyler, Max, Jack, Joey and Barry. The community and family will dearly miss this amazing and vibrant woman.
