Ann Tanzer Obituary
AGE: 79 • Morris Plains
Ann M. (nee-Kennedy) Tanzer, Age 79, passed away on Tuesday, July 31, 2012 at Morris View HealthCare Center in Morris Township. She was born in Newark & raised in Harrison. She lived in Rutherford and in Morristown before moving to Morris Plains in 1988. Ann was a beloved homemaker and worked for M. Epstein Co. in Morristown before retiring in 1982.
She was pre-deceased by her husband, William S.; her sister, Dolores Johnson; her brother, Robert Kennedy; & her step-daughter, Carol Uzzardi. She is survived by her daughters, Ann M. Gallagher & her husband, Stephen of Morris Plains, Maureen T. Amatruda & her husband, Thomas of Randolph; her step-son, Stephen Tanzer of FL; her grandchildren, Daniel, Kelly Anne, Thomas, Ryan, & Matthew; & her 4 step-grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Liturgy of Christian burial to be offered on Saturday, August 4th, 2012 at 10:00 AM at Saint Virgil R.C. Church, 250 Speedwell Avenue, Morris Plains. Interment: Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover. Visiting Hours are on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the Par-Troy Funeral Home, 95 Parsippany Road, Parsippany.
