Ligia Bolanos Obituary
AGE: 56 • Hopatcong
Ligia O. (nee: Zuniga) Bolanos of Hopatcong passed away Wednesday August 28, 2013. She was 56. Born in San Isidro, Perez Zeledon, Costa Rica, she came to the United States in 1989 settling in Hopatcong.
Ligia was a custodian with the Hopatcong Board of Education. She enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family especially her grandchild Valentina. Beloved wife of the late Carlos Luis Bolanos (2012). Devoted mother of Carlos L. Bolanos, Jr. and his wife Giuliana and Mirna G. Bolanos. Loving grandmother of Valentina Bolanos. Cherished daughter of Rafael and Rosa (nee: Fonseca) Zuniga. Dear sister of Rafael Zuniga, Liliana Zuniga, Cecilia Herrera and Rosita Saldana.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Ligia's Life Celebration on Tuesday September 3 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home, 150 Landing Road, Landing. A prayer service will be offered at 7:00 PM. Interment: Campo de Paz, Heredia, Costa Rica. In lieu of flowers memorial donations in her memory may be made to the International Bipolar Foundation, www.interna tionalbipolarfoundation.org.
