Cristiano Bonner Obituary
AGE: 7 • Flanders
Cristiano Antonio Bonner, 7, of Flanders, NJ passed away tragically on Monday, Feb. 18, 2013. Cristiano was born on April 7, 2005 in Morristown, NJ. He was a 2nd grade student at Mountain View School. Cristiano enjoyed Star Wars, Legos, and video games. Most of all he loved his siblings.
Cristiano is survived by his father, Robert Bonner; his mother, Carmella Salzano Moustafa; his siblings, Tatiana, Eduardo, and Bianca; his step-sister, Rewan Moustafa; his grandparents, Eduardo and Joanne Salzano, and Robert and Mary Bonner; his great-grandmothers, Irma Grossi, Carmella Maria Salzano, and Mary Hildebrant; and by many loving cousins, Aunts, Uncles, and friends. Cristiano is predeceased by his step father, Hesham Moustafa, who courageously passed away trying to save Cristiano's life.
A Celebration of Cristiano's Life will be held from 2:30pm to 5:30pm on Sunday, February 24, 2013 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church in Flanders, NJ. A 10:30am funeral mass will be celebrated on Monday, February 25 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church. Interment will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Chester. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Cristiano Bonner Fund, c/o Bank of America, 1 Deerfield Pl, Flanders, NJ 07836. I'm sorry to hear of the loss of your Cristiano. I had also lost a son when he was 6 1/2 and after reading the other entry here, I can validate that when children pass young they are 'special' souls that are just not meant to be here long. When we are born the angels cry and we rejoice on this side, when we return to home, we cry on this side and the angels rejoice. Your little angel with help you walk this journey....and it will be a hard one for a while. In time it does get easier and life goes fast...You will one day see him again.

I am so Sorry for your loss of Cris and Hesham. My son Nicholas is a friend of Cris's from school in his class. My son always spoke of your son/nephew/grandson/brother/cousin with love. He considered him one of his best friends. Cris is a wonderful boy who helped my son start a new year in a new school with special needs to come out of his shell and play with the other kids on the playground.
