Julianna Pinter,78, of Newfoundland, NJ, passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, September 27, 2013.

She was born in Esztergom, Hungary to Julianna (nee Wellisch) and Gyula Paulovits in 1935. She married Michael Pinter in 1954 and together they raised their three sons Frank, Michael, and Stephen in Elmwood Park, NJ. Mrs. Pinter was a faithful parishioner of St. Stephen's RC Church in Passaic where she also taught Hungarian School for many years. She owned and also worked at the Marlboro Inn Bake Shop in Montclair, NJ.

Mrs. Pinter will best be remembered for the love she had for her children and her grandchildren and was truly appreciative of the small gestures in life. Mrs. Pinter was predeceased by her two dear brothers Julius Paulovits and Bela Paulovits and her sister Eva Kele. She is survived by her three loving sons Frank Pinter and his wife Laura of Shelton, WA, Michael Pinter and his wife Liz of Green Pond, NJ, and Stephen Pinter of Alamogorda, NM; her cherished grandchildren Michelle, Vanessa, Madison, Ella, and Michael V. Pinter, her beloved great grandchild Savannah Pavlick, her cousin Imre, her nieces Eva, Ildiko and Aniko and nephew Laszlo.

The family will receive visitors on Friday, October 4, 2013 from 3-5pm and 7-9pm at the Stickle-Soltesz Funeral Home, 187 LaRue Road, Newfoundland, NJ 07435 (GPS use 1 Post Place).The funeral mass will take place on Saturday, October 5, 2013 at 10:00am at St. Stephen's RC Church, 223 Third Street, Passaic, NJ. Immediately following the church mass she will be interred with her husband in Cedar Lawn Cemetery in Paterson, NJ.
