William G. Apgar

Altmar. NY - William G. Apgar, age 80, resident of Altmar, NY since 2000, formerly of New Vernon, NJ, passed away Friday at Morningstar Nursing Home in Oswego, NY. William was born July 30, 1937 in Morristown, NJ. He served in the United States Army from 1959 until 1961. He was self-employed as a plumber for 40 years. William was an avid fisherman.

Surviving are his wife Bert, one daughter, Katey Raff of Hopatcong, NJ and one son, William G. Apgar Jr., of Green Village, NJ, two grandchildren, Magen and Kara Raff both of New Jersey, one brother Grant Apgar of Barnegat, NJ and one sister Hazel Brendler of Ohio, and special friends, John and Judy Janack of Altmar.

Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements by Foster-Hax Funeral Home, 52 Park Street, Pulaski.
