LORRAINE FRANCES STEPHENS AGE: 82 FORMERLY OF PARSIPPANY Lorraine Frances Stephens, 82, formerly of Parsippany, NJ, entered into rest at the Quarryville Presbyterian Retirement Community on Thursday, August 5, 2010. Born in Lake Ariel, PA she was a daughter of the late Edward Francis and Dora Mittan Adolph. She and her husband, William Stephens had celebrated 63 years of marriage together in June. A housewife, Lorraine will always be remembered as being a wonderful cook. She was a member of the Orthodox Presbyterian Church in Whippany, NJ and attended the Christian Women's Club of Morris County. Surviving besides her husband is a daughter Joyce Galligan, a daughter Jean Colarusso, a daughter Joan E. Letham, a son William T. Stephens, a daughter Gail K. Stephens and a son Thomas P. Stephens along with twelve grandchildren and six great grandchildren. A twin sister Elaine French preceded her in death. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, August 21, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel at the Quarryville Presbyterian Retirement Community, 625 Robert Fulton Highway, Quarryville, PA. A public interment will be held on Wednesday, August 11, 2010 at 11:30 in the Brigadier General Wm Doyle Veterans Cemetery, Wrightstown, NJ.
