ROBERT RAYMOND, Aug. 2, 1931, Dover, NJ - Feb.16, 2013 Boca Raton, FL. The son of Edmund W Raymond and Elizabeth Fabian Raymond of Mine Hill, NJ,

Robert (Bob) attended Dover Public Schools, University of Miami and Art colleges in NYC. He worked for Lewis Advertising in Newark and after marrying his childhood sweetheart Shirley Gauer (deceased 1982) served in US Army in Panama during the Korean War After being discharged he and Shirley moved to South Florida where they raised their two children and resided for the rest of their lives. Bob was a prominent freelance commercial artist associated with several South Florida advertising firms and a long time affiliation with the Marshall Simons Advertising Company. An avid golfer, Bob belonged to several local golf associations and was a member of the Miami Shores Country Club for a number of years. He also was a long time member and strong supporter of The American Legion of Deerfield Beach. He is survived by: Wife Deirdre Bilyk Raymond, Deerfield Beach, FL; Brother, Gary E Raymond, Hollywood, FL; Daughter Bonnie Rhoads, Ocala FL; Son Robert A Raymond, Boca Raton, FL; Grandchildren: Stephanie Conklin, TX; Suzanne Rhoads, FL; Kyle and Colleen Raymond, FL and four Great Grandchildren; Derik, Jason, Jessica, and Samuel Conklin of TX. He will be greatly missed by all. Services will be announced at a later date on www.legacy.com
