Services for Dr. Keith Frazier, 53, of Tyler will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, August 28, 2010, at Rose Heights Church, Tyler, with Bro. Steve Kinnaird and Jeff Abt officiating. A private burial will be at Rose Lawn Memorial Park in Tyler under the direction of Stewart Family Funeral Home. Dr. Frazier passed away Wednesday, August 25, 2010, at Hospice of East Texas in Tyler. He was born January 19, 1957, in Norman, Oklahoma, to Bob Gene and Maxine Meltabarger Frazier. Keith grew up in Texarkana, Texas, graduated from Texas High in 1975 and went to Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, graduating in 1979. He graduated from Texas A&M Medical School in 1991 and completed his residency in internal medicine and pediatrics from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas. Dr. Frazier was affiliated with the Trinity Mother Frances Health System from 1995 until 2005 and with Hospice of East Texas for the past three years. Keith was faithful to the Lord Jesus Christ and devoted to serving Him in every area of his life. He was preceded in death by his father, Bob Frazier. Dr. Frazier is survived by his loving family, including his wife, Terri Jernigan Frazier of Tyler; daughters, Rebekah, Amy and Hannah Frazier of Tyler; mother, Maxine Frazier; brothers, Bobby Frazier and wife, Kim, of Magnolia and Phil Frazier; and sister, Yolanda Cook and husband, Tommy, of Texarkana, Texas. Pallbearers will be Ike Anders, Tom Beets, Mark Cline, Tom Dudley, Brent Hale and Rick Rogers. Visitation is scheduled from 6 until 8 p.m. Friday, August 27, 2010, at Stewart Family Funeral Home, 7525 Old Jacksonville Hwy., Tyler, Texas 75703.
