What a lost we experienced in the Dave family. I remember our short powerful conversations and your firm greeting handshake when we come into town. The gates of heaven have just welcomed a wonderful angel. Now you can dance, sing, laugh with all your friends. You will be missed. Like the boys say Well Done!! With love always, Your granddaughter

I would like to extend my condolences to Mr. Roy Dave's family. Mr. Dave, as he was affectionately called, was a very special person and also our dedicated bus driver back and forth to Southern University. I will always cherish how you to took care of each one of us that rode your bus. You will be miss and I'm so sorry for the loss.

I never thought that a day would come when Mr. Dave would not be here to wave and laugh that special laugh. From this day forward you will always be in my thoughts and prayers. Passing on Garland Ave. will never be the same anymore, but God knew that it was time to call you home with him. And we should not be selfish to want to keep you here when it is now your turn to enjoy your GLORY. Rest In Peace Dave! REST IN PEACE!!!!. Love you Liz, Mrs. Dave, Ms. Dot, Wayne and the rest of your family. Laura J. Semien and The Semien Family. 1110 Benjamin St.
