Hi Bob........we just learned of Ginger's passing.....we lost touch with you too long ago.....once Plano was stated, I remembered location. Please accept our condolences and may God bless you in your grief. I know you have many, many wonderful memories! I remember when you two "sealed the bond!"......I'll never forget Ginger and the fun we had......I remember fun sleepovers at her house, where we had lots of giggles.......after dancing at the EffinghamTeenClub.....can't remember name. Have also lost track of Carolyn(Potts).....if you hear from her tell her hello, please.....Susie Jansen, and brother, Jim..... As for remembering you, I'll always see a good looking dark headed man "in uniform".......UPS, that is! We were in Houston, TX for a few years, then Calif. for 23 yrs......now in SunCity, AZ. We've been married 32 yrs.....my oldest boy is in Empire, MI, the youngest and family is in Hartford, CT. We've got a spare bedroom......let us know if you're in the area! We need to go to Effingham/Altamont again.......probably will be this summer/fall.......haven't been "home" for a couple of years. We try to make Houston once a yr., too, since Larry's two boys and families are there.......but if they come out spring break this year (2012), we won't be coming to Tx.

Bob and family, I was saddened to read that Ginger had passed. I have such sweet memories of her and our friendship. She loved the Lord and was uninhibited to talk about Him. I will miss her letters and Christmas cards. In His love, Sharon Bales, Mtn. View, MO

We were so saddened, shocked and heartbroken to learn of the passing of Ginger. Though we were not "personal" friends, she and her husband had been our neighbors (Ports O'Call & Chatsworth) for 11+ years. In fact, just this afternoon we noticed that "the Ziegler's home "wasn't" as decorated as usual". She was so kind when I stopped by to ask her a question about their new fence and who their roofing contractor was. And, without "personally" knowing her, we knew her family was very important to her because of all the "cars" that were always at their home, especially on "special occasions". At Haloween, our little granddaughter stopped by and "one" of the Zieglar daughters was there handing out candy.
We are so very sorry for your loss, your pain and the emptiness that will be felt by each of you. We pray that all those "special memories and times" will help comfort you and bring you peace. We are so very sorry for your loss.
