Samuell H.S. in 1965 and went on to receive her BS, Masters Ed from East Texas State Commerce. She taught for 27 years while raising her two children. The second word is proud. She was proud to be a daughter, wife, mother, gammie, Dallasite, Texan, Methodist, and a Cowboys fan. Connie is survived by her husband of 30 years, Bob; daughter, Leasa Milligan and granddaughter, Leigha; son, Derek Freeman and wife, Stephanie and granddaughter, Madeline; brother, Paul Scott and wife Ruth. She was predeceased by her loving parents, Floyd & Jan Scott. Visitation will be at New Hope Funeral Home on December 10 from 6-8. Her service will be held at Lovers Lane UMC on December 11 at 10.
