Her desire to help others was overwhelming; she never met a stranger. Her eyes and smile would warm the coldest day and her heart was always bigger than the State of Texas. She courageously faced her illness. It would make her smile again to know that in lieu of flowers, those that knew her would honor her memory with a donation, in her name, to either Women in Need, Vista Care Hospice Service (both located in Greenville, Texas) or the charity of their choice. The memorial service is to be held on Tuesday, September 21, 2004 at 10:00 a.m. at the St. Paul Episcopal Church in Greenville, Texas with Father Gary Herbst officiating.
