Davis, Eunice was born November1, 1934, to the parentage of Juanita (Boyd) Clark and Leroy Clark in the community of Arthur City near Paris Texas. She graduated from Lamar County Schools, attended Jarvis Christian College, Hawkins, Texas and completed business training at Phillips Business School, Dallas, Texas. Mrs. Davis was a retired federal Civil Servant after having served for more than 32 years. She retired from the United States Equal-Employment Commission. Church Membership in Dallas included Smith Chapel A.M.E Church and First Christian Methodist Evangelistic Church where she served in various auxiliaries, boards and committees. She was preceded in death by both parents, two brothers, Robert Dangerfield, Edmond Dangerfield of Paris Texas and husband Simon Jackson Davis, Sr. of Dallas, Texas. She leaves a beloved daughter Jacqueline Denise Daniels, and sons Alan Bernard Davis (Wanda), Simon Jackson Davis II (Irene), and Stanley I Davis. Four grandchildren: Kenyatta La Shon Green, Simon Jackson Davis III, Jared Richard Davis and step grandson: DeRon Bethea and many loving members of the Davis Family. Visitation 10-11:00am, Thursday, May 9, 2013 at Laurel Land Memorial Chapel, Graveside Service 11:30am, Laurel Land Memorial Park.
