ADAMS, PATSY RUTH EVANS ADAMS, 70, of Mabank. TX, went to be with Jesus Christ her Lord on May 4, 2003, in Richardson, TX. She was born April 10, 1933 in Coleman, TX to E.E. and Ruth Evans. She grew up in Talpa, TX, and accepted Jesus as her Savior at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Talpa. She married Dean Moore in 1948 and moved to Dallas, TX. She raised her children in Carrollton, TX, and was a long-time member of the First Baptist Church of Carrollton. She married William "Buddy" Pritchett in 1971, and he died in 1978. She married Dennis C. Adams in 1985, and moved to Mabank, TX in 1993, where she was an active member of Harbor Baptist Church. Dennis preceded her in death in 1994. She worked in the medical profession and for Otis Engineering for many years. She dedicated her life to serving Christ by helping others in need. She was well known for her cheerfuI disposition and generous heart. Her bright smile brought joy to everyone around her. She is survived by her children David and wife Holly Moore of Allen, TX, Chris and wife Kim Moore of Saltillo, TX, Tresi and husband Kevin Weeks of Richardson, TX, and Lynn and wife Lesley Moore of The Colony; stepchildren Michael Pritchett of Irving, Ann and husband Skip Wages of Plano, TX, and Dale and wife Karen Pritchett of Desoto, TX; and 12 grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her brother Gene Evans of Columbus, TX. The family will receive friends from 7:00 9:00 pm on Tuesday, May 6 . Services will be held at Harbor Baptist Church in Mabank, TX on Wednesday, May 7, at 2 o'clock. Graveside services will take place at Talpa, TX on Thursday, May 8, at 2 o'clock.
