Weber, Richard Dale Age 61, of Lewisville, Texas was suddenly called to be with the Lord in a motorcycle accident in the Hill Country, Real County, on Sunday, November 18, 2012. Visitation 5 -7:00 p.m. Wednesday at J.E. Foust Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, November 23, 2012 in the chapel at Fellowship Church, 2450 Hwy. 121, in Grapevine. . Dick was a devout man of God with a passion for his wife, family, and church. As an active member of Fellowship Church of Grapevine, he volunteered regularly in the audiovisual department. He enjoyed many hobbies with his wife, friends and family including motorcycling, snow skiing, travel, and was a master of roasting pigs. Dick was a loyal friend, an inventive handyman, and an inspiration. There was an energy about him that anyone who encountered him could feel. He was a genuine, loving and generous man with an incredible sense of humor and an infectious smile. Dick loved with all of his heart, thought with all of his mind, and felt with all of his soul. Originally from Lansing, Illinois, Dick held two bachelor's degrees from Eastern Illinois University and Illinois Institute of Technology. He lived in Texas since 1985 and was employed by Vinson Process Controls as an electrical engineer for 27 years. Dick is survived by his loving wife Grisel Weber, his children Aimee Weber and her fiance', Tony Daniel, and Travis Weber and his wife, Julie Cohen-Weber, his stepsons, Nathan Staples and his wife, Stacey, and Tommy Staples and finacee', Jackie Mburu, and his grand-daughters, Samantha and Charlotte Staples; and his sister, Diana Giba.
