Edwards, Robert L. "Bob" Age 91, passed away December 11, 2012 at Medical City Dallas. Bob was born on May 22, 1921, in Comanche, Texas to his parents, Roscoe and Celeste Edwards. Bob served honorably for four years in the Army during World War II. After service, Bob graduated from North Texas State University, having earned a Master's Degree in Business. Bob is survived by his wife of 36 years, Barbara Chase Edwards; his daughter Jane Edwards Coronado and her husband, Herman of Houston; and by son Larry Edwards of Dallas. Bob is also survived by Barbara's children: Diane Barrett of Las Vegas, Nevada, Chase Dustin and wife, Chey, of Fort Worth, Debbie Milliken of Lake Dallas, Barbara Giberson of Lewisville, Martha Williamson of Bedford, and Laura McManis of Dallas. Bob also leaves behind ten grandchildren who lovingly called him "GrandBob". Known for his love of sports, Bob will be missed by his friends at the YMCA, many extended family members, and friends. Bob chose to donate his body to the Willed Body Program at UT Southwestern Medical Center. Memorial donations can be sent to UTSW Development Center, P.O.
