Soto, Spencer Elliott Beloved son, brother and uncle, Spencer Elliot Soto, entered peacefully into eternal rest on Friday, March 21, 2014. Spencer was 29-years-old. As an infant, Spencer contracted coccal meningitis. The bacterial infection left him impaired physically and mentally. Spencer lost both his hands and his legs. Yet, his life was not defined by his condition; his spirit radiated warmth and love. His smile was infectious and touched all who knew him. Spencer enjoyed swimming, music and was fascinated with fish. He's survived by his loving mother, Donna Anderson, sister, Abbey Soto, her fiance Cody Cheek, his neice Codie Cheek, numerous family members and caretakers. Spencer was preceded in death by his father, Rudolph Soto. Visitation will be held Tuesday, March 25, 2014 from 6:00 pm. to 8:00 p.m. Rosary will be Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. Funeral services are scheduled for Thursday at 2:00 p.m. All services will be held at Sparkman Hillcrest Funeral Home.
