Loving, Robert Lee Robert L. Loving, age 83, a 50 year resident of Irving, TX was born in Abilene, graduated from Mc Murray University and selected Chief McMurray his senior year. He was also selected all conference player in football by the Dallas Morning News. He served in the United States Marine Corp during the Korean conflict, where he was on two Marine Corp championship football teams. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting in the Texas Hill Country, golf and a loyal fan of the Dallas Cowboys. After his retirement from the commercial glass construction business, he owned and operated the first one hour photo lab in Irving. He was a long time member of Plymouth Park United Methodist Church. He is survived by his wife of 62 years Norma Loving, two daughters Paula Warren and Lisa Thompson and four grandchildren, sister and brother in law Katheryn and Joe Estes, brother Horace Loving. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Scottish Rites Children's Hospital or Plymouth Park United Methodist Church. Memorial service will be held at Plymouth Park United Methodist Church on Monday, March 31st at 2:00p.m.
