Williams, William H. William H. "Bill" Williams, 84, of Dallas, TX, entered into heaven on April 12, 2014.He was born August 30, 1929 in Little Rock, Arkansas. Bill was the founder and CEO of Wm. H. Williams, Inc. Importer of Oriental Art and Antiques. In addition to his business accomplishments, Bill was one of the first tenants at the Dallas Market Center and was a member of the board of governors for the Dallas Market Center 1973 to 1978. The Wm. H. Williams Inc. was awarded Importer of the Year in 1973 by the Dallas Chamber of Commerce. Bill was a member of the Greater Dallas Rotary Chorus and served as its president three times. He was on the board of directors for the Dallas Senior Follies, whose proceeds benefitted Meals on Wheels. He is survived by his beloved wife of 20 years, Minnie Deweese Williams; daughters and sons-in-law Charlotte and Joe McKibbin, Charlene and Bruce Hollingsworth and Jo Ann and Archie McKinnon; grandchildren Stephanie and husband Jeremy, Chelsea and husband Ronny, Nicholas, Preston, Conner and Ashley; great grandchildren Jaxen, Hattie Jo, Pepper and Camille; special friends, John David and Darrell; sister and brother-in-law Mary F. and Emil Skubik; nephew John Skubik and his wife Mary and their two children. Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Harlem M. and Luella (Clements) Williams, and his first wife Mary Williams. A Memorial Service to honor Bill's life will be held at Northpark Presbyterian Church, 9555 North Central Expressway, Dallas, TX 75231on Friday, April 18, 2014 at two o'clock with Pastor Brent Barry, officiating. Inurnment will follow in the Columbarium at Northpark Presbyterian Church. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials or donations be made in Bill's name to the Greater Dallas Rotary Chorus. Please provide the charity with the family's name and address so that acknowledgements may be sent.
