When health slowed him down he enjoyed time with his family and watching and analyzing baseball was his passion. The Legacy Mike leaves are his love for his family coupled with the wisdom & knowledge he so willingly shared. His sons jokingly yet with complete sincerity referred to him as their Yoda. When any of the family needed a kind word, a lifted spirit, or wisdom beyond his years, Mike was always there to lovingly listen and guide. He especially enjoyed his talks with his grandson, Zayden.
