Parker, William L. ARLINGTON-- William L. Parker, 88, joined his beloved La Nelle, Monday, July 28, 2014. Funeral: 11 a.m. Friday at New Beginnings Church in Arlington. Entombment: Greenwood Mausoleum. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Arlington Chapel. Bill was born January 22, 1926 in Stillwater, Okla. He served in the US Navy in World War II. He was the founding medical director of Baylor Institute for Rehabilitation in Dallas. Yet his greatest legacy is found in his 5 children, 15 grand-children and four greats.
