Landrum, James Leonard Jr. Died suddenly on March 29, 2012. Jim was born on December 25, 1943 to James Leonard Landrum and Geraldine Viola Camp. Survivors include: Nelda Landrum, wife; sons: Tony Landrum and wife Suzy, Kenny Gossett, and Jeff Gossett and wife Alicia. Grandchildren: Riley, Jake and Ben Landrum and Wesley and Miranda Gossett; sister Pamela Compton and husband Gary; niece Valerie Young; nephew Kaegan Compton; aunt Mary Beth Jackson; uncle Jerry Landrum; sister-in-law Frances Jones and husband Robert Jones; brother-in-law John Saringer and wife Sandy as well as several nephews, nieces, cousins and extended family. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife Judy Landrum. Jim served in the United States Air Force, worked for the Federal Government for 35 years and retired from the Regional Office of the Social Security Administration. He attended the University of Texas at Austin and graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington. Jim will always be remembered as a loving, supportive, compassionate, husband, father, grandfather and all around wonderful man. Those who truly knew him will remember him as the most generous person they knew. Visitation will be held from 4:00-6:00pm, Sunday, April 1st at Restland Funeral Home. Celebration of life will be held at 10:00am, Monday, April 2nd at Restland Memorial Chapel.
