Finkelstein, Paul Our loving and beloved father, grandfather, and great-grandfather left us on November 20, 2012. He was a wonderful parent and devoted husband to his wife, Helena, who preceded him in death after 65 years of marriage. Family was everything to him. Paul graduated from Forest Avenue High School and the University of Texas, where he was a member of Phi Sigma Delta fraternity. He served in World War II in China-Burma-India. Upon returning in 1945, he worked at our family business, National Shoes, until its closing in 2002, when he was in his eighties. He sold shoes to several generations of Dallasites, and he knew all his customers' shoe sizes in addition to their names. Our family would like to thank Dad's wonderful caregivers, Colette and Eddie, as well as all the staff of The Plaza at Edgemere. Paul was preceded in death by his parents, Nathan and Bessie Finkelstein. He is survived by his children, Joy Kosley and husband, Peter, and Randy Finkelstein and Cheryl; grandchildren, Brad Kosley and wife, Laurie, Cindy Kosley, Brian Kosley and wife, Gaby, Sheri Finkelstein, and Craig Finkelstein; great-grandchildren Justin, Lindsay, Allison, Miles, and Vivienne Kosley and Tori and Marley Rath-Finkelstein; and brother, Don Fielding and wife Ginny.
