Browning, William Jack Browning, William Jack, born May 28, 1925 in Dallas, TX passed away at the age of 87 on Sunday, December 16, 2012 at his home in Mesquite, TX. Preceded in death by his wife, Ennis Jean Browning. Survived by his daughter & son-in-law, Kathy & Ed Schmidt of Plano; son and daughter-in-law, Steven Lemley and Roberta Huff of Mesquite; granddaughter and grandson-in-law, Melissa and Glenn Angelino of Texas; and 2 nieces, Karen Kelly and Andrea Silva of Plano. He served as a Corporal in the USMC during WWII in the Pacific Theater and was a Purple Heart Recipient. He resided in Mesquite all his life and enjoyed working with electronics as a Television Repair Technician with Sanger Harris and then, owned his own Electronics Business during the late 60's and early 70's in Oak Cliff. Later he went to work for a private firm as an electronics technician. Upon retiring, he and his wife enjoyed friends and fishing at their second home on Lake Tawakoni. Visitation: 5 to 8pm on Friday, December 21, 2012 at Laurel Oaks Funeral Home in Mesquite, TX. Funeral Services will be held in Laurel Oaks Funeral Home Chapel at 2pm on Saturday, December 22, 2012 with interment to follow in Laurel Oaks Memorial Park.
