Dick was a grand friend. He also was a valuable member of the Army & Air Force Exchange team. Many of the complex procurement manuals, currently in use, were a product of Dick Rabb. His contributions to the Department of Defense were significant and enduring. Attitude is everything and Dick met every challenge with a positive energy that impacted all around him. He did have the right perspective...his family always came first. And, he sure could could dance...Dick and Sarah's talents were legendary. He may have left us, but his "song" lives on in our hearts.
