Hart, William L. Bill William L. Bill Hart, an Air Force veteran, retired law enforcement officer and distinguished state and national Elks fraternal leader, died Wednesday, September 18, 2013, at his home in Manchaca after a courageous battle with cancer. Funeral services will be Monday, September 23, at 10 a.m. at Weed Corley Fish Funeral Home, 2026 South Congress Austin, TX. Burial will be in Live Oak Cemetery in Manchaca. Visitation will be held Sunday from 4 to 6 p.m. at the funeral home. Besides his wife Ceil, Bill is survived by his daughter, Francine Hart of Dallas; brother, Dan Hart of Austin; sister, Jan Watkins and Eugene of Temple; brother-in-law Bob Klevenhagen and Maureen of New Braunfels; sister-in-law Mary Scott and Ray of College Station; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jean and Ralph Hart and William A. Lilly; and sister Susan Jacks.
