MACLELLAN JR., Donald Francis Donald Francis MacLellan Jr. of Austin, Texas, passed away on July 29th, 2017. Donald was born on August 23rd 1962 in Dallas, Texas, to Dr. Ayten Pardue and the late Donald Francis MacLellan Sr., both of Dallas, Texas. Donald graduated in 1989 from Texas State University in San Marcos with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications and Electronic Media. He attended St. Monica elementary school and Jesuit College Preparatory School, and graduated from W.T. White High School. Donald received the rank of Eagle Scout during high school. Donald was loved for his gregarious personality and his service to others. He had an insatiable love of travel and adventure, and his sense of humor and compassion for those around him will be lovingly remembered by so many. Donald is survived by his mother Dr. Ayten Pardue, and step father Fred Oliver; siblings Suzan MacLellan, Gregory MacLellan, and Semra Treece all of Dallas Texas; his nephews Adam Rutledge and wife Marie and their son Aydin; Spencer Treece and his son Jaxon; Alex Treece; and niece Priscilla. A Memorial Service honoring Donald will be held at First Baptist Church Dallas, 1707 San Jacinto Street, Dallas, Texas 75201 on August 12, 2017 at 2pm in Truett Chapel. A reception will be held at the church immediately following the service.
