Dear Kathy,
My most sincere and heartfelt sympathy to you and your family on the passing of your mother.
I remember clearly passing the days at Sinclair playing cards with you, Mike and the others, winning constantly and when you mentioned that to your mother, she said that she would like to meet the guy who won all of the time.
The one time that we met, she was such a wonderful lady and I will never forget that when she found out that I was headed to Viet Nam, she hugged me and told me "be brave-not stupid". Kathy, that sentiment has been with me for 40+ years. You and your mother will be in my thoughts always.
God Bless,
Jon Shelton
