JENKINS, Anna L. age 85 of Dayton went home to be with the Lord on Friday, Feb. 15, 2013. A faithful member of Mt. Olivet COGIC, a licensed Missionary and member of the Religious Education Dept., until her illness. Retired from WPAFB after 32 years of service, Anna pursued her love of learning. She received two Associates from Sinclair CC, then a BA in Religious Studies from Wright State University. Preceded in death by her husband, Luke Jenkins; parents, Pastor Clarence J. Harris and First Lady Lelia M. Harris formerly of Mt. Zion COGIC, Columbus, OH; sister, Rose Lee Cliff; brothers Clarence Harris & Ozell Harris; Survivors include her sons, Sherman Holmes & Kevin (Angela) Jenkins; sisters, Willa M. Cochran, Delores E. (Herman) Hackett, Christine L. Hopkins; brother, Benny G. Harris; grandsons, Devin & David. A host of other relatives & friends. Funeral services will be 11 A.M., Friday, February 22, 2013 at Mt. Olivet COGIC, 920 S. Euclid Ave. Pastor Ozell Northern eulogist. The family will receive friends 10 AM until time of services. Interment Woodland Cemetery. HHRoberts.com
