FORSYTHE, Michael age 57, of Riverside, passed away on Monday, June 17, 2013. He is preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Sylvia Forsythe. He is survived by his loving companion, Wanda Banks and family; son, Joseph A. Barse; siblings, Ken J. Forsythe and Mickey Clay, as well as a host of other family and friends. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of Hillspring of Springboro, Evercare Hospice, and Arbors at Dayton. Family will receive friends from 12:30 - 1:30 pm on Friday, June 21, 2013 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek with services following at 1:30 pm.
