God rest his soul, and comfort you and your family.
Phil is a high school classmate, and we re-connected after many years through Facebook. He and I shared new memories, and will be missed by me.

Dear Neff Family, I will miss getting updates from Phil regarding his latest passion. He was such a great friend. His classmates have expressed admiration for him and concern for you in their response to his passing.
From a Marion cousin(at least Phil always said we were cousins)and classmate.
