News Death Notice
BROYLES, Thad 87 of Brookville, passed away peacefully Sunday, April 20, 2014. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 55 years Phyllis (Davis) Broyles in 2007. Thad is survived by his two daughters and one son-in-law Debby and Bruce Unger, Chris Broyles. Also surviving are four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren, many friends. He had worked in the auto body repair industry and had owned and operated Elite RV Service Center. He was a US Army Veteran serving in Okinawa during WW II earning a Bronze Star. There will be a Gathering of Family and Friends Saturday, April 26, 2014 starting at 10:00 am at the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME ENGLEWOOD CHAPEL, 675 West Wenger Road with Pastor George Sidwell presiding, followed by a Celebration of Thad's life at 11:00 am. Burial will follow in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. Thad was a very loving father, grandfather and brother who will be greatly missed. I send my sincere condolences to Debby, Chris and families. Thad has been a great buddy and friend of my dad since the 1940's and our families have enjoyed a long friendship. Your dad will be sorely missed by all that knew him. His unique laugh will always be remembered. May God Bless you.
