BARTOS, Chervyl (Coin)* - Dayton  
News Death Notice BARTOS (Coin), Chervyl 92, of Centerville, passed away 9:32 a.m. Thursday, July 30, 2015 following an extended illness. She was born November 3, 1922 in Washington Court House, Ohio, to the late Tully and Mazie (Armatrout) Coin. On January 19, 1946, she married the late Joseph Bartos. Survived by son David (Diane) Bartos, of La Conner, Washington, daughter, Paula Bartos of Miamisburg, Ohio and also Mary Coppin of Bella Vista, Arkansas; granddaughters, Breck (Randy) Storts of Chanhassen, Minnesota and Kelly (Richard) Petro of Uniontown, Ohio; great grandchildren, Madeline, Braden, Carter and Jackson Storts and Mason and Logan Petro; and numerous nieces and nephews. Chervyl was employed as Secretary at Frigidaire, Mound Laboratory and at Mead (Lexis/Nexis), volunteered at Cox Arboratum and served on several committees at the Epiphany Lutheran Church. A celebration of her life is planned for 1 p.m. Friday, August 14, 2015 in the Epiphany Lutheran Church in Centerville, Ohio with Pastor Jay Shailer officiating. There will be no calling hours. Following the service, everyone is invited to join the family for a reception at the church. Burial will be scheduled at a later date due to Chervyl's generous donation to the Wright State University Anatomical Gift Program. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Avenue, Dayton, Ohio 45420 ( www.hospiceofdayton.org/donation ), or to a charity of one's choice.

He is survived by his four sons, Patrick (Janice), Kenneth (Melissa), Jason (Kasey) and Daniel (Megan); mother, Juantia Berkshire; siblings, Jim (Jennifer), Bill (Susie), David (Kevin), Sally Elam; loving grandchildren, several nieces and nephews; life-long friend, Donna Robinson and beloved dog, Bandit. News Death Notice BRADEN, John "Pat" Age 66, of Dayton, passed away July 30, 2015 at his home with his family by his side. He was born September 11, 1948 in Dayton, Oh to the late, James and Marjory Braden. He is also preceded by brother, Mike Braden; sister, Jan Knight; and nephew, Rick Braden. He is survived by his beloved wife of 45 years, Lynn Braden; daughter, Kristy (Chris) Bartlett; son, Nick Braden; grandchildren, Katelyn, Aleesha, and Jacob; sister, Diana Robards; and numerous other dear family members and friends. John retired after many years of service. He enjoyed sports and watching his grandson play football. He loved traveling and family vacations. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend who will be greatly missed. The family will receive friends on Monday, August 3, 2015 from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Rd. He was born in Berea, KY, on July 12, 1930, to the late William A. and Emma (Cummins) Coffey. He was a member of UA Local Plumbers & Pipefitters Union #162; and a former member of the Missionary Baptist Temple in Franklin. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Keith Holt; a brother William "Bill" (Mary "Midge") Coffey and brother-in-law, Leonard Reed. Mose is survived by his wife of 62 years, Beulah (Taylor) Coffey; his children, Gordon Coffey, Betty Holt and Judy (Ed) Cochran; his grandchildren, Jamie, Nick, Casey, Misty, Monica and Dustin; his great-grandchildren, Tyler, Morgan, Peyton, Marisa, Kara, Carson & Blake; his brothers, Carl (Rosalee) Coffey and Gene (Bonnie) Coffey; his sister, Edna Reed & Kay (Gary) Smiley; his brother-in-law, Bert Taylor; his sister-in-law, Bonnie (Paul) Ratliff; a special sister (Barb) (Bennie) Minton; numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother Phyllis Nichols Jackson Bruner, and brother Richard "Denny" Jackson. She is survived by her father Richard Jackson and wife Joanne; her husband of 31 years Duane Cramer; her sister Shirley Barnes and husband Harris; her daughter Courtenay Leopard and husband Steven; her daughter Brittney Crawford; her daughter Kennedy Cramer; her 6 grandchildren Brett Marlow, Sydenay Leopard, Bradley Marlow, Presley Leopard, Brayden Marlow, and Blake Marlow, along with many other family members and friends. Stephany was an active hairstylist and salon owner in the Dayton area for over 50 years. She owned two hair salons, Dappers & Dames and Gable & Garbo. She enjoyed making various candies and confectionary treats for her company Confectionately Yours. Stephany and her daughter Courtenay won the 1989 Ohio Mother Daughter Pageant. She was named by Dale Huffman in the Dayton Daily News as the 1997 "Mother of the Year." Over the years, Stephany enjoyed spending her time visiting with her family, making candy, travelling, gardening, and going to the beach. Throughout her life, her caring heart has touched many people and brought great happiness and laughter to all that have been close to her. A service will be held at 12:00 pm on Tuesday, August 4, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd., where the family will receive friends for 2 hours prior to the service from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.
