News Death Notice

CRIDER, Clayton age 67, of Dayton, passed away on Tuesday, March 18, 2014. He was a self-employed brick layer for many years and a veteran of the Vietnam War serving in the U.S. Army. He is survived by his son: Clayton Steven Crider of Dayton, daughter: Tammy Crider of Lewisburg, brothers: Ronald Crider of Centerville, Clifton (Donna) Crider of Clayton, sisters: Louise (Jerry) Cohen of Troy, Edna (Ernest) Napier of Beavercreek, Lois (Tommy) Napier of Beavercreek, Janice (Randy) Strange of New Lebanon, Carol (Keith) Kniesly of West Milton, 5 grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife: Lois Bea (Brown) Crider, parents: Albert and Shirley (Woodward) Crider and sisters: Audrey Schreck, Sylvia Combs and Lily Dixon. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 21, 2014 at the Kindred Funeral Home (400 Union Blvd., Englewood). Interment will follow the service at Memorial Park Cemetery in Dayton. The family will receive friends on Friday, from 10:00 a.m. until time of services. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to Disabled American Veterans.
